This is a guided tour to discover the culinary uses of these plants, to end with a tasting of wild products. The activity focuses on the natural environment of the village of Jorba, and you will learn about the properties of the many plants you will find depending on the time of year, as well as the pairing possibilities they offer, so that you too will be able to cook them at home.
You will also discover a similar wild cooking experience near Poblet, where you will delve into the world of edible plants and be amazed by its many possibilities in the kitchen. This is a hands-on workshop, starting with identifying and learning how to harvest the plants, and then making three or four dishes that you will obviously be able to taste to appreciate the hidden flavours of the so-called margin herbs.
Nearby, in Secans de Beliana-Preixana, we also offer a guided tasting and pairing of local products. You will learn first-hand how a food cooperative based on local products is organized, and which encourages life in rural communities.
