Rural environment classroom - Lo Pagès del Montsec

Lo Pagès del Montsec is a rural classroom designed to show the most emblematic corners we have around us. We do this by doing different excursions and workshops. Our goal is to be able to teach everyone the richness of our land and also to be able to show the peasant culture. This year 2020, Lo Pagès del Montsec has grown with the Canyet de Rapinyaires, which has an area of 65 ha. The most prominent fauna includes some mammals and large scavengers such as the common vulture, the barred-tailed eagle, the black vulture, the kingfisher, the roe deer, the fox, the wild boar, the riders , bundles, badgers, among others. The Canyet aims to protect, encourage and take advantage of wildlife, and preserve their ecosystems.
